All orders are processed within the same day or 1 to 3 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email depending on the time of day and shipping method. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Same Day/Next Day Hand Delivery
We offer same-day/next-day delivery by our in-house courier service for an extra rush charge. Hand Delivery is available to all of NYC, parts of Long Island, Upstate NY, North Jersey. Please note that our courier service is used for same-day or next day deliveries only for eligible zip codes, or if specified in advance via special request.
Our products are handmade which takes time to ensure we provide you with the highest quality of flowers & accessories. You may receive a tracking number at any point in the 1-3 days processing window. This just means your order is being processed and a shipping label has been created.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? - Once your package is dropped off to the carrier, you will receive either USPS or UPS tracking number via the email you used when placing your order.WHERE DO YOU DELIVER? - We ship nationwide (all 50 states in the USA).
ARE THE FLOWERS SHIPPED IN A BOX? -Yes, flowers are placed carefully and securely in a cardboard box along with any accessories ordered.
